What if I have a return?
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.
- Did you order Online from Flipoutz.com?
- You can return items by mail within 30 days of your order date granted all returned items are unopened and in good condition.
- Did you order or purchase from a retail store?
- There’s no need to return items to the retailer, we will gladly exchange defective products for you.
- Return & exchange process valid for orders from US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O.
It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
- Please make a copy of your original invoice and include with product being returned. Keep the original invoice for your records.
- Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice. For your protection please ask the carrier for a “proof of receipt” when sending any items back to us. This proves you have sent the package back to us should the package get lost in transit. Please note the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will be unable to refund or resend your order without proof of purchase.
- We will process the credit to your account within 5 business days.

International Returns
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.
